At The Cozy Duck Shop, we believe everyone deserves to feel cozy and happy in their pajamas. If your order didn’t bring you that warm, cozy feeling - we want to make it right, no fuss, no stress.

Exchange/ Refund Conditions 

To request an online exchange/ refund, please contact us on thecozyduckshop@gmail.com - after reading the conditions below.

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Whether you’d like a refund or a different size or color - we’ve got you covered! 🦆

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be: 

• Unworn & unwashed.
• In their original packaging with tags attached 
• Free from stains, scents, or any signs of wear

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping fee
Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless there’s an issue with the order (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Non-Refundable Items 

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

• Any item marked as non-returnable at checkout

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please fill out the form below within 7 days of delivery and attach a photo of the issue.

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
